Modern Railway Systems

We are a recognized leader in delivering turnkey signal systems from conceptual design through certification of installed systems. We have completed or are currently involved in over $750 million in rail systems projects. Our team has extensive experience in rail systems management, design, procurement, construction, testing and integration. Our primary focus is on the train control disciplines, but our capabilities also extend to the communications, power distribution and rail operation disciplines.

We provide the safest, most innovative and cost-effective systems solutions available. We work as an integrated team with our customers, their representatives, and other contractors involved in our projects. We work on systems for light rail, commuter rail, streetcar and Class I railroads across the United States and Canada. Our history and experience with train control projects highlights our ability to provide a completely integrated project from design to implementation.

We are at the forefront of the industry with our implementation of Positive Train Control (PTC). We have installed PTC systems on more than 280 miles of commuter rail lines throughout the nation. In addition, we were the first to successfully implement the FRA PTC Type-Approval for Enhanced-Automatic Train Control in the United States.
