15L Bus Stop Improvements

Overview 
The 15L Systems Project delivered the first major upgrade to the East Colfax bus route in more than 30 years. As RTD’s busiest corridor, these improvements bring a new level of comfort and convenience to riders. 

Scope of Work 
Modern Railway Systems (MRS) installed new shelters featuring CCTV, real-time information displays, and advanced communications technology. The team managed the design, supply, testing, and commissioning of all systems. 

Impact 
The upgraded shelters now offer enhanced safety, reliable real-time updates, and a better overall experience for passengers. These improvements make transit along East Colfax safer, smarter, and more connected.
