Our Work in Practice
The Career Discovery Externship is a summer program that introduces college scholars to career pathways in various sectors through company visits, day-in-the-life experiences, and opportunities to explore roles that align with their interests and values.
We were excited to host a session at our headquarters in Littleton, CO, where we joined Stacy Witbeck in sharing with students what we do, why it matters, and how our work shapes the future of the rail industry.
During the visit, students connected directly with Modern Railway Systems employees, learning firsthand about their experiences and gaining insight into what a typical day on the job looks like.
